The step count keeps changing on my Fitbit charge 2. It will flash and vibrate when over reaches my goal steps and then I’ll look a little later and it has dropped a few thousand step. I did a big hike on Saturday and did over 45000 steps but now it’s saying I did 18000. How can I resolve this??

Let me help you with your Charge 2 losing steps. Have you manually logged any activities? Do you have more than one device paired to your account? How often do you sync your tracker? Try restarting your device and see how it behaves.
