I've only had my Fitbit Charge 3 for 3 months so I didn't expect to have problems so soon. But just recently the step count has been jumping up, almost doubling in some cases. I have the app on my laptop because my phone is too old to be able to use the mobile app. Closing down and restarting the app on my laptop usually solves the problem but if I'm not at home, the false reading stays on my Fitbit until I can sync. This makes it very difficult to track my steps when I'm out. Has anyone else had this problem and is there any way to solve it?
