Step counting gone crazy

I am sitting in a chair and the steps keep climbing. Just started doing this today. Last week it stopped counting stairs. My charge 4 is only a year and a half old but I’m thinking it is at the end of its life?

Yes I have tried restarting a couple of times. Did not work. But thanks.

Just wondering @Fitnow56 but do you have a third party clock face on your Charge 4? Have you tried putting it back to the original clock face just to check if that might be causing the issue?

I will try that. I had changed the clock face to see if it would help with lines accross the face of the clock. I will change back to the original.
