I tried restart 3 times and am now on Live Chat asking her to escalate this issue since none of us have heard from Fitbit. She is telling me to monitor my tracker today and see if it automatically resets at midnight tonight. After I told her about the Forum, she said that they are already aware of this issue and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Interestingly, she can see my actual steps taken today, instead of the duplication from yesterday.
