I woke up at 5:30am and I noticed that my steps didn't restart. How/what can I do to get it to go back to zero?

My step counter also never reset. Everything else is fine. I tried a reset twice, too!

I have the same problem this morning! I thought it was because my battery was completely drained. Hope this gets corrected soon

I tried restart 3 times and am now on Live Chat asking her to escalate this issue since none of us have heard from Fitbit. She is telling me to monitor my tracker today and see if it automatically resets at midnight tonight. After I told her about the Forum, she said that they are already aware of this issue and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Interestingly, she can see my actual steps taken today, instead of the duplication from yesterday.
