I have been using my fitbit for a week now and at times it does not track my steps accurately which is really annoying especially when your on a challenge. Any suggestions and the fit but is not tight on my wrist!

Thanks

Your tracker is designed to start counting whith the 5th step. Walk 4 steps, no credit, wak 5 credit for all steps given.

Walk, pause, walk, pause, walk, might not get many steps if the walks are to short.

This is wh6 it is best to test steps while on walks of at least 100 steps.

Any idea why my Charge on my arm registers I made the 250 steps, but when it syncs with my phone it says I didn't?

Same issue for hours. Fitbit is undercounting by 25-35%. Tried restarting (following manual directions), and fitbit lost today's data. Tried chat - 60 person wait. Good luck!
