I updated the software now I can't get the step tracker to display on my phone /laptop. How do I get this to show?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? What do you mean when you say that the step tracker is not shown? Is your Charge 2 not tracking steps or not syncing them?
