Hello, My frustration with my Charge 2 continues. While it will consistently not record/report my nightly sleeping, t consistently and accurately records my pulse rate throughout each night. I'm following all usage, care and maintenance recommendations published by the company. Still, consistently, no sleep performance is reported (other than the linear bars). Any thoughts? Suggestions? Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your sleep. You mention you get the linear bars so you are still getting simplified sleep? If you aren't getting sleep stages then please take into consideration that the following may affect this data:
