Hi,
my wife's Charge2 regularly cheats her on steps. We walk the same distance together, her step count can differ up to 1000 steps. Sometimes she walks through the apartment and no steps counted. How can we calibrate the thin g to be more sensitive? Or is restarting several times the only solution?

Hi @drumsMalta does your wife move her hands freely when walking? I know when I walk and am holding something or pushing a grocery cart, my steps are greatly diminished. You can add steps to your log, but they don't count for challenges. Might that be her case? There is no real calibration for this, s the Fitbit uses age, gender and general size to determine the stride.

Hey there,
she walks normal, arms moving naturally and it happens with literally every walk, even within the house.
Maybe we just reset a couple times and play around with the age-height-weight settings.....
