Periodically during the day Charge 3 doubles my step count.  When checking the app on my phone the doubled step count appears and then corrects after the app and Charge 3 resync.  This has only just started after the latest 2 updates. What could be causing this?

This has been happening to me as well. I have been posting about it for a few weeks now and I haven’t gotten any answers about it. All of the various reboots, logging in or out deleting/reinstalling the app fail to correct my ongoing issues. It did this to me today, once again. I was using the 5k runner app to do a walk run interval workout and it doubled my steps mid workout. It corrected them after syncing. This past Wednesday, it failed to register a run I did. It logged the walks I did immediately before and after but missed the exact 18 minutes I ran.
