Charge 3 display has gray lines

I can't seem to post to Fitbit support or anything.

 

 

if you our somebody can please place this on Fitbit community and support that would be Awesome!

 

just treated horribly 😞


My Fitbit was out of warranty by 2 weeks cause I was hospitalized with the Virus I could not get it exchanged. Known issue with fit, gray lines on screen. I'm curios how I was treated yesterday. If I don't hear something today, I'm going to Garmin, this was my 7th Fitbit!

I am having this issue also.   The screen has gray lines

Let me help you with your Charge 3 showing gray lines. I noticed that you already have a ticket with Support so keep working with them to find a solution.
