Steps on watch, steps on app

Can someone help. I dont over 14000 steps on my charge 2 yesterday but when synced to my app it only registered 12,020.

Same thing Monday.i did have my strava app attached and wondered maybe it only registered the steps on my app that I did with strava not my device. I've tried re syncing several times and logging out and in again. I do all this heard work for my vitality and now its work nothing

@Lawz7 It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing steps. Did you manually log any activities? Could you share a screenshot of your activities area? Manually logged activities may overwrite the data that your tracker recorded so this may explain the issue. This can also happen with third party apps automatically logging activities on your Fitbit account (you do mention you have Strava linked to your account).
