I am also having this issue. Seems to me like a fitbit issue not a user issue considering we’re all having this issue today.

I'm having the same problem. I've been reinstalling the ap all day thinking that was the problem. I'll stop wasting my time now and let them handle it 😂.

Right there with you - having the same issue. My guess is theres something weird going on because an influx of people have been jumping on today with the same problem. Hopefully they fix it soon and we dont lose those steps on our challenges!

This is incredibly aggravating. I have been having this issue regularly for the past three months. Sometimes it works, then for the next 10 challenges it won’t.
