Still can not sync to iPhone.

I’ve tried all recommendations. Nothing is working. It’s my 2nd charge2 fit it. It just suddenly stopped syncing. I am very disappointed since I had the same result from my first one and I had to pay to get a 2nd one. Still the same problem!

Cannot sync to either I phone or I pad. Bluetooth is on but will not connect to Fitbit.

I had to restart my phone multiple times and I removed my charge 2 from Bluetooth and let it start a new pair after I reset

I've had the same issue with my charge 2 since my iphone updated to 13.4.1.  Sunday evening I deleted the fitbit app from my phone and downloaded again.  I also restarted my phone, restarted my fitbit, reset my fitbit and also removed the charge from my profile and added it again.  Nothing has worked.  What is odd is that yesterday and today, the fitbit app on my phone updated once in the morning and then never again.  My ipad is due to update but I'm hesitant to update since I want to see my data.

Hello margo007That is a coincidence as I updated both my I phone and I pad and that is when the Fitbit stopped syncing. This update has caused the Bluetooth to stop connecting to devices, one of which was the Fitbit. I have deleted the Fitbit from Bluetooth and the syncing has started.

Place it in the charging unit, then while it is in the charging unit press the button. You should see the Fitbit logo when it restarts.

It seems this happens to me too whenever iPhone has an update.  I tried the Chat Support, and was told the company is diligently looking into solving this issue.  When I asked how long, I was told to check back in 1 - 2 weeks.  I wish I had saved the last forum assistance I had.  Whatever it was that was recommended did the trick.

Didn't you loose all your data by removing the device from your system and readding?

My fitbit charge 2 stopped working with my iphone 7 after the update during the night of 12 May. But my ipad still connected. Today my Ipad  Air 2 seems also to have updated and I cannot sync with that either. My Aria 2 scale is apparently still syncing ok. I do see that the iPhone 7 is no longer listed as a compatible phone on the devices page for Fitbit.  I have tried restarting fitbit, turning bluetooth off and on on phone and iPad.

I also can't sync with the web login page on my pc - can't see where to force a sync there.

Fed up!!!!!!! Will I loose all my data if I delete the charge 2 from my account and reinstall ? Will it help anyway?
