Still can not sync to iPhone.

I’ve tried all recommendations. Nothing is working. It’s my 2nd charge2 fit it. It just suddenly stopped syncing. I am very disappointed since I had the same result from my first one and I had to pay to get a 2nd one. Still the same problem!

I disconnected the Fitbit from Bluetooth, switched I pad off, then on again, and Fitbit started to sync again. Apparently this does not work with everyone.

Had tried this when syncing failed last year and it worked. However unsuccessful this time. However syncing reestablished when I disconnected Fitbit from Bluetooth on I pad.
