My charge 3 has stopped tracking my walking progress .

Can you clarify?  Has it stopped recording daily steps, step count staying at 0? or daily distance? or not recording walks as an exercise session?  On tracker or on phone app?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It tracked 9 steps in the morning . I did a 45 minute walk and checked and it was still at 9 steps . I reset my watch and it seems to be working now .
