Stopped working

My fitbit he just stopped working. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so did you resolve it? Maybe reset button or something?

Same issue!! I emailed support hoping it gets resolved, only had it a week!!!

@Mrsraymond99 @Heritageposey1 Plug your tracker into a USB port to charge it and then restart it. To restart it, while it's charging hold the button in for about 12 seconds until you see the screen light up with the Fitbit logo and version number. Hopefully that fixes it.

I don't have a owners guide. Fitbit HR died. I charged fully and no it won't work. I pushed the button for 12 seconds and all I get is the battery symbol and 2 flashes of the light. Thankyou

What if I plug fitbit into usb and push the on button for 12 seconds and nothing happens, then what?

It's only a month old. It shouldn't die on me that fast. Should it?

Fitbit HR stops working. Put Fitbit in USB on a computer, then press the button on the Fitbit until it resets. I have this problem and it is getting worse. I have to reboot every few days. It is less then a year old.

My fitbit just stopped working.  earlier today it was dark so I plugged it in, got the battery icon, left it plugged in and now I dont even have that!  I tried resetting it by holding the buttom down, but got nothing.  Its not even a year old.  Does the battery wear down - perhaps the battery needs to be changed....

that happened to me, I tried resetting it numerous times. I also plugged it into the computer instead of the wall outlet to charge it.

USB for 12 seconds or more into computer port NOT wall charger.  Logo appeared.  Charging?  I hope so.
