My screen on my charge 3 started to have lines on it and the battery life started to be not as good. Then one day it just stopped working all together. Did not have for a year.

 on my THIRD replacement in 3 months for the same problem. I love the information delivered but the product is extremely unreliable.

This is my fourth fitbit. Everyone does the same thing, just stops. I love them, but its getting ridiculous.

Am now in the position where I have waited 7 working days for my replacement (3rdin 3 months), have been told that due to Coronavirus replacement cannot be shipped to Australia form China.

After being given an incorrect phone number for customer service I am waiting for a call back form a supervisor. Have requested that I be able to physically pick one up from a retailer in my area.

Next step is a Facebook and media campaign.
