I've had my Charge2 for about 18 months, and the strap has started popping off at one side. I'd be happy to buy a new strap, but can't find them in your online store. You only seem to sell straps for the newer Charge3 😞 Can I not see for looking?

Hi @ShelaghG Sorry to hear about your strap. I did a search of the Official Fitbit Store and found the Large Classic Blue Band is still available for purchase. If this is not suitable, then I would suggest looking independently online for a 3rd party strap which I'm sure you will be able to find.
