@Furkibinti @Kelle202 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear about your band coming off. Try pulling the metal tab on the band to the outside to it betters secures your tracker.

Let me know how it goes!

I have had my Fitbit about 9 months. Now the second strap had come off and I can't get this one reattached. Disappointing it only held up a short time period. Thinking maybe I need a new band, but still have concerns about it attaching.

I don't think I know how to implement your suggestion. My assumption is that it's the wear and tear aspect of most products. But I' sad in that my strap is a limited edition so I would have to buy a replacement that doesn't match my watch at all.

I am in the position also we’re the strap is coming undone from the main part of the watch.  This is a replacement strap which Fitbit sent so in theory only lasting about 12 months, I have read comments and make sure it’s securely attached but still comes undone, so I have emailed Fitbit and am awaiting there reply

I've had my Fitbit since July 2018 and have the same problem of the strap falling out from the unit. Would this be covered under warranty - surely the strap should last more than 6 months?

@LoveWalkies  It's defiantly worth logging a  case with Customer Support to see if they can cover it.
