Having been an avid fan of Charge 3  and recommended it to others I’m now very dissatisfied following the deterioration of the strap  after 13 months of use .I’ve bought a   replacement on line  since none are available to buy here in Dublin ,Ireland but am still waiting a week later . Is this built in obsolescence by Fitbit ??  You can be sure I would be buying another Fitbit it  or recommending it to others.  Jack
