The last couple days my charge 3 has been stuck on my clockface. I’ve looked at other postings and saw about restarting but when plugged in it doesn’t restart, nor does it show the battery that it’s charging, just vibrates a few times then nothing. I’ve tried it repeatedly and adjusted the charger and used both USB to my computer and to the wall. Please help.

@N8teGee yes, as stated above I’ve tried to restart it, it’s as if it doesn’t respond. It vibrates when I plug it in and then there’s a few pulse vibrations when I try to restart it but it doesn’t restart. I’ve tried to hold down for 5, 10, 15+ seconds and nothing works.

I had the same issue, I contacted Fitbit customer support and they suggested the following restart steps, which worked! Put fitbit on charge, press the button for 15 seconds, quickly remove from and replace on charge.

Thank you for this quick fix! Just used it now as mine has been like it since this morning figured as it was low on battery seems to act up then, resetting it in charger to get the smiley face worked ty!

Hi i have tried the restart as stated anove and still not working. Please help as i cant log my workouts
