Anyone else having this problem? My Fitbit was syncing just fine a couple of weeks ago. My phone did have an update which I didn’t update right away but it has suddenly stopped syncing up. So I updated my phone thinking that was it but no. Checked that my app was up to date which it was and have contacted customer support only to be ignored and I’m getting super frustrated. It literally worked two weeks ago. I’m now reaching out on Facebook to try to get answers but this is just eye roll worthy. Help!

Just trying to point out again that there is nothing a user is able to do through the phones Bluetooth menu and they really should not be trying.
Best AnswerHi Rich,
My charge 3 no longer turns on - and is very hot to the touch. Did I be returning this to the seller?
Thanks
Best AnswerI don't know, who is the seller? What is their return policy? Are you still within the rights of the return policy?
If not you can contact Fitbit.
Best AnswerI've been having this same issue. Just started a few days ago. I've only had the Charge 3 since early August and all these issues are incredibly annoying. I loved it at first! I've taken every step and every avenue with my Android to fix it, but every repair and successful link is only a bandaid. It quickly fails again. I'm on the fence about contacting Fitbit but I am already quite disappointed.
Best AnswerThe same thing was happening to me. BUT, I noticed that when I turned off my wifi, the bluetooth paired properly (Charge 3 item in my bluetooth setting detail on iOS now had the “i” beside it), the sync all day option was now on and all my starts appeared. The connection has been stable thus far.
The issue remains however, wifi should interfere with the Bluetooth connection...
Best AnswerYeah same problem here. Did all the troubleshooting steps other day. Deleted and installed app again. Turned off Bluetooth. Reset watch. All the usual nothing worked. Then it started working out of the blue for no reason in evening. The one thing it stopped though was measuring heart rate on dashboard. Now this morning it’s stopped again. So I’m guessing like everyone else here who is having problems that the “Fitbit Powers that be” are working overtime to try and fix that update they brought out. I’m sure there’s no point contacting them as loads have already and they’ll get it fixed soon so just sit tight everyone and fingers crossed.
Best AnswerThis is the message I received today - I have been in communication with them for over two weeks now and still getting the same message:
Hello Cathie,
We would like to share with you that our team is still researching the most accurate resolution for this ongoing issue.
However, we don't have a time frame at the moment when this issue will be resolved.
We recommend to remain attentive to upcoming Fitbit app updates in the meantime. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to get you back on track.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Sincerely,
Daniel Z. and the Fitbit Team
Best AnswerThis is #2 - Charge 3 to DIE in 4 months and to be replaced. I'm very active in water aerobics. Not sure if the water is causing my issues, but the Charge 3 is supposed to be waterproof. But at any rate, is there a better choice of Fitbit for my level of activity. Please advise.
