Anyone else having this problem? My Fitbit was syncing just fine a couple of weeks ago. My phone did have an update which I didn’t update right away but it has suddenly stopped syncing up. So I updated my phone thinking that was it but no. Checked that my app was up to date which it was and have contacted customer support only to be ignored and I’m getting super frustrated. It literally worked two weeks ago. I’m now reaching out on Facebook to try to get answers but this is just eye roll worthy. Help!

I have a PC. I did this every evening for one hour and it finally paired and synced until 8 days ago. Then it didn't. FB support when through what I have been doing including checking my FB app for updates. Waiting for the replacement in the mail. This is like a soap opera.

I agree completely, received my replacement Charge yesterday, I am giving it one more shot, if this does not work from here on I will look for a Samsung since this is my preferred phone type, good luck to you.

Best AnswerI use the Fitbit app on my Galaxy S8. It always synced automatically but now I have to sync it manually 3 or 4 times per day. I have all day sync on in the app but it no longer works
Best AnswerI also want everyone to know that the Fitbit itself is working perfectly. The problem is the app on my Galaxy S8 is not syncing automatically anymore

Hello @MidoriV, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for letting us know how's the only way you can sync your Fitbit to your phone. I was wondering if your Galaxy S9 running Android 8.0 or 9.0?

Best AnswerMy GF is having the same issue on her Charge3 with the fitbit app on a Google Pixel 3a phone. I'm having the exact same issue with a Blaze on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ as well. My Android is version 9 and hers is Android version 9 as well as she hasn't run the update to version 10 yet.
I totally think this is a Fitbit app issue.
You asked if my Galaxy S8 was running android 8 or 9. I responded that it is running android 9 but have not heard anything back from you. Again, I have to say that the Charge 3 itself is working fine but the app constantly has to be synced manually as it does not constantly re-sync automatically like it used to which has become extremely annoying
I also have a galaxy 8 and the charge stopped syncing AFTER I updated the 'new' fitbit app.
Worked fine prior to the last update.....these companies keep 'improving' stuff and the more they improve, the worse things get!! I'm over it....done! Apple hear I come!!
Best AnswerTOTALLY an issue with Fitbit!!! Some months back, they updated the app and my device hasn't worked since!!! So annoying as my charge is a brand new device!
