Fitbit does support having multiple trackers connected to one account. It doesn't work for the newest models but you should be fine with a Charge 2 and Charge 3. There's a guide for this at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1715.htm
Basically, just add the second device as though it were your first. Go into the account settings section of the app by selecting your profile picture at the top left of the main screen and then select "set up a device"
