My screen is completely blank. I’ve done the update, I’ve done the hard reset by plugging in and holding the button till it restarts - the smiley face appears and it vibrated but still the screen don’t work. I’ve also changed the clock face but still nothing - again it vibrates like it’s registering the change but it’s not displaying anything. Please advise how this can be fixed as seems this is a common issue with the charge 3?
