Sync Icon will not come up.

Why will the icon to sync no longer come up on my computer? The spinning thing just continues to spin. This is the 3rd time in a month this has happened.

Could you please let me know what Fitbit Model are you trying to sync?

What OS is installed on your computer?( Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOs 13, MacOS 14, etc)

Are you trying to use the Fitbit app or the Online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?

I have a Charge 2

I have an older computer with Windows 7

I go online by using black square that has white and turquoise dots in it.

Hi @PAJT , thank you for your reply. You are using Fitbit Connect. That is a kind of app for older PCs. 

Please verify that you have the latest version of it under fitbit.com/setup. (choose PC)

Then make sure that the Bluetooth Dongle is installed and working. If your computer has an integrated Bluetooth chip, make sure it is on.
