I think there is an issue with the latest Fitbit app update.
Since the update, my Charge 2 tracker would no longer sync with the app on my phone.
I tried all of the usual stuff, restart phone, log out and back into the app, delete my tracker etc. None of which worked with the exception that I could no longer add my tracker back into the app.
The issue is related to using a VPN on my phone. If I disconnect the VPN the app syncs. If I enable the VPN the app shows "No Internet Connection" and will no longer sync.
Never used to be a problem. I've had the VPN running on my phone for over a year now. Any suggestions other than disconnecting the VPN of course.

Probably ip-adresses wich your vpn uses are not working correctly. If you can choose ( not auto chosing) ip adress you want to use - choose another one and check if it helped. If no - try to change your current vpn
