So I tried a checklist some where on this forum to see if any of it helped but it didn't.
My phone keeps "syncing" for data from the Charge 3, and it started shortly after the last firmware update for the smartwatch, around start November.
Im getting frustrated like .... because I need those data to keep up with my calorie intake.
Also tried my laptop, same laptop that use to work with the watch.
The phone is a Huawei P30 lite, and it was ofcourse working exelent until that update.
What to do / try next?

It's horrible that one can't see the data from the previous days on the app!
Been trying again after giving up for a while.
I deleted the tracker from the app, so I could reconnect, after several hours it just gives up reconnecting.
So still no solution.
Consittering if I should by a new watch, but deffently not this brand again
