Not syncing

Hey @Vijayluxmi, welcome aboard! If your Charge 2 is not syncing, I'd like you to, first of all, tell me which phone model you are using. I'd like you to verify that is compatible. If it is, please try the troubleshooting that @SunsetRunner posted above. In addition, please make sure that the Fitbit app on your phone is updated to the latest version.

Dear sir,Following of suggested steps did not resolve the issue. Even with display "synces just now", there is no change in display of time and date..VL Jauhari

@Vijayluxmi thank you for the update. You haven't really provided information about this issue. As my friend @HeydyF said, it would help if we know the model of your phone. Which OS version is it running? Could you share a screenshot of your Fitbit app's dashboard?  Have you tried syncing with a different phone or computer?
