I lost my iPad in  Vancouver airport two days ago. My charge 4 was connected to it for sync. Can I download the app on my Android phone to sync it? I am now in France, 9 hours ahead. In the past, Fitbit did now allow two connections for the same device. Please let me know the steps, thank you, Carine

@chwood , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear about your iPad. 

 

You can always download the Fitbit app on any other device. As long as you are logged to your account and your phone/tablet fulfills the requirements you should be able to sync your Charge 4 with your other device. 

 

What you mentioned, is some difficulties when you sync your tracker with 2 devices and they are very nearby.
