Since a couple of days my Fitbit doesn't connect to my iPhone. Bluetooth doesn't recognise my Charge 2, it says "no connection". When I synchronize the fitbit with my macbook everything works normal.
I have done all the recomendations: bluetooth on and off, remove the app and reinstall it, switch my iPhone off and restart, restart of my fitbit, but nothing helps.
Does anyone have a solution?

I received this message from Fitbit Support - and it did help, but all the issues are not resolved. I will keep you posted.
Hello, Carolyn. We're here to help with your Charge 2's sync difficulty. We appreciate all the steps you've done beforehand. Were you able to perform all setup troubleshoots here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1872? Also, please do the following: 1. Go to your iOS Bluetooth menu > tap on the icon next to Charge 2 > and press Forget this device. 2. Re-open the Fitbit app and try to setup again. 3. Re-bond using the All-Day Sync toggle. If the issue persists, please provide us your Fitbit account's email address so we can further check. Keep us posted.

I have had exactly the same problem since I updated to IOS 13.4.1 on my IPad at the beginning of April, after trying all the steps you have I contacted the Fitbit support team. They asked me to repeat all the steps again and then eventually told me that “ We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.”. That was on April 14th and I have just emailed again to ask if there is any progress. I have been synching using my IPhone in the meantime but I am being asked to update it to IOS 13.4.1 and I think I will then lose any ability to synch my data. Sorry not to be able to help resolve the problem. Just letting you know you are not alone!

I'm in exactly the same boat as you. I'm afraid to let my iPhone update because then my Charge might not sync to anything!
My wife has a Charge 3, and both iPad and iPhone have updated to new iOS, and now the Charge won't sync with either device.

I spent 2 hours on the phone with the Fitbit help line doing everything they said to do yesterday and just wound up being frustrated. At least the watch tells me how many steps I’ve done and summarizes my workouts: average bpm, max bpm, calories burned. It just isn’t as much fun as it used to be!

Disappointing. I’ve recorded 10,000 steps every day this year and was enjoying watching them clock up online. No longer get my weekly email either. Not sure if that’s related to the problem.

I have the same issue with Syncing.
I have tried my iPhone XR - IOS 13.4.1, an old iPhone 6 with IOS 12.4.6 and my ipad so far to no avail. The Bluetooth function appears to be not working. I used to get my text messages on the Charge 2 but not no more.
I have a work fitness program I'm involved in and I'm missing out on many steps waiting for the fix... considering other options if they don't get it figured out soon.

I am also not able to sync my Fitbit. It first stopped synchronizing with my I-Pad after the IOS 13.4.1 update. I was still able to synchronize with my I-Phone 8 Plus, but then the I-Phone got an update, 13.4.1 again, and I was no longer able to sync with FItbit. I have tried all the suggestions, but nothing seems to work. Help!

Perhaps I spoke to soon, it did sync earlier today but now it won't sync again. Back to the drawing board Fitbit.

I wasn't able to keep my iPhone from updated to the new iOS, so now neither device will sync. Where stops used to show, now it tracks calories -- a totally made-up and useless statistic.
