I am having trouble with my app on my android phone. I have been syncing my charge and the app says that it is synched but no information is showing up (steps, calories etc.) even though I can see that they are on my charge. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app. I have made sure I have the most updated version, and i have tried logging out and in again.

Thanks for joining us @Hmah! This sounds odd. To ensure that your tracker is working correctly you can try to restart it. If this doesn't work please set up your tracker as a new device.
I hope this helps, keep me posted with the outcome! 😉
My charge hasn't sync since 2:54 Jan 23 on either my phone or on the computer. I have turned on and off bluetooth, plugged it in, restarted my phone logged in and out. uninstalled and reinstalled the software and NOTHING is working. Please provide a solution ASAP
I haven't had a successful sync on my Charge since 8:56 pm Jan 4. I have also tried all of the suggested fixes. What gives?
Oh yeah, my battery drained two days ago before I could get it on the charger and ever since I completed the charging the clock on the device is behing 5 hours 37 minutes
Trying to sync and it keeps saying no device found. Any idea what to do? I downloaded the app again. My device is tracking still but it won't update on my phone.
Best AnswerDid you ever get an answer or able to get the data to push through the dashboard/phone? I've tried all of the suggestions and my data still shows zero even if sync was successful.
This intermittent issue is unreasonably frustrating. I will not buy another fitbit...ever.
