My Charge 2 has not synced with my iPhone in several weeks. I have tried every combination of button pressing, resetting, and pairing attempts that I can possibly think of.
In addition, yesterday I accidentally let the battery run completely dead. After the Charge was charged, it displayed the wrong time.
So now, I have a Charge 2 that is displaying the incorrect time, and I cannot get it to hard restart or sync with my phone.

Hi @Tesseevaa, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Charge 2 it should display the correct time. Therefore, to resolve the syncing difficulties you're experiencing with your device,
I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Did you read my post? It will not sync and hasn't synced for weeks. After the battery completely died, it rebooted when charged but the time was severely off. It would still track steps, but the clock function was worthless. It now will not charge, either.

I have not, unfortunately.
