It’s very frustrating when this happens. I use it to track heart and sleep against activities and over time because of health (I’ve had a heart attack), and when it repeatedly stops syncing for days on end this is difficult. I can’t afford to replace my Charge 2, so I’m dependent on Fitbit to manage their side of this. Please help!

Hi @MADRobot, welcome to the Community Forums! It's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums @Xandrushka.
Thanks for all the information that was shared with me and trying some troubleshooting steps prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
Keep me posted.

My Charge 2 has not synced since 6:15 AM (Eastern standard time). I unpaired it from the Fitbit app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 9), and now can't get the app to find my device in order to set it up again.

Welcome aboard @KzooRunningMom, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Your effort troubleshooting your Charge 2 is appreciated. Since you already tried some troubleshooting steps, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Also, you can try the troubleshooting steps from our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
I'll be here if you need anything else.

I've also struggled with syncing as well. My watch hasn't synced to my phone in 3 or 4 days. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, disconnected Bluetooth, reconnected it. Restarted my phone, then finally unpaired my watch and now I can't even pair it again. It can find it and shows "connecting" but then fails to connect. This is beyond frustrating considering I've been aken perfect care of my watch and its in great condition. My phone I currently have is a Samsung galaxy s10. Help.

They must have done some type of update in the past week, mine no longer tracks the heart rate, just get a screen with no data. So done with fitbit because it's going to give me a heart attack just trying every solution you find out there to no avail.
