I recently accepted the firmware update for my Charge 3. Immediately after that it stopped syncing. I went through all the documented steps - restarting the tracker, re-pairing the bluetooth, etc. It's now in a weird hybrid kind of state. When it tries to sync automatically, it fails. If I do a manual sync, it takes a long time - the progress bar gets about 1/2 way across and sits there for quite a while. At that point, sometimes the sync finishes successfully and sometimes it tells me the sync failed. If I keep doing it, it eventually does sync (so far), but it's annoying. Anyone else having problems with the latest FW?

I am having the same problem, would not sync. Device will now sync but has stopped recording my heart rate. This is my third charge 3 device and not one of them has lasted a year, fortunately replaced on warranty.
