Syncing fitbit to Night Shift workers

Looks like this issue has continually been brought up since 2012. I just got the fit bit charge 4 as a birthday present and I  can't seem to sync it to my overnight shift.  I am hoping this issue has been resolved since 2012?My activities etc can't be changed to overnight hours. Is there another fitbit I can buy designed to accommodate the overnight folks?

Hello @lisalopes1025 and welcome to the Help forums.  All data reset at midnight.  It doesn't matter which model Fitbit you use.  I'm sorry, but there aren't any models that accommodate overnight shift workers.

That’s too bad. I can deal with the midnight sync but it would be nice to have reminders to move that could be set to go over night. Now the only time I can set these to actually be when I’m awake is on days off.

It would be an easy software fix! Why haven’t they done it yet? There are millions of night shift workers that would love this upgrade. We get left out of so many things. If Fitbit could advertise that they saw us and recognized that we probably need these tracking abilities more than day shift workers because of the extra stress it causes, they would potentially increase their sales by millions of dollars! Our health matters too!
