My charge 2 will not sync with iPad app or WW app. All apps updated. Bluetooth and wireless are on. Charge is keeping track of steps. Just not syncing.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for all the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iPad that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
