I've had a problem with syncing my Charge 4 since yesterday. Updated the app. Switched on all the relevant permissions. Almost there except for agenda and weather not working. I don't know if phone calls are working as I haven't received a call anyway. I've already had 3 online direct chats. One cut me off. The second got the basics going but 3rd got nowhere . Now I can't get into the chat service. I think they've taken it down. Anyone else got this problem?
My issue began, yesterday, as well. I have followed all instructions on how to "fix" it. It has not helped. Luckily, I basically only use it to keep an eye on my heart rate, and count my steps. But I was enjoying seeing my sleep patterns, as well. And cannot do that if it won't sync.
