Syncing with iPhone

The Charge 3 is useless with the iPhone. I purchased two of the Charge 3s They would not sync. They replaced one. It didn’t sync either. Support continued to send emails about steps to take. I attempted they never synced. They asked for proof. I sent a screenshot. They asked for a picture with my case number as proof. When I sent that they created a new case number. When I complained about the change of the case number Fitbit chose to dismiss my concerns all together by sending a survey. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A USELESS PRODUCT. I’ll never purchase again!!
