up until the recent update of the app my fitbit2 is not syncing to my android..I've reinstalled the app several times I've rebooted my fitbit several times as well I have Bluetooth and location switched on and still nothing..it does record SOME of the calories burned but no heart rate and not how many steps have been done etc? I have no idea what's going on..I have restarted phone several times as well

Am having similar problems with mine too. It keeps saying device not found when I try to sync. Did eventually sync from Sunday to Monday, but nothing when trying to sync yesterday's step count. Have been through all the steps suggested. Have you contact fitbit yet?
