My Charge 2 has had syncing issues for a few weeks. Now when I try to refresh it on my phone, it says "No Device Found". Suggestions?
I had exactly the same problem three weeks ago. My charge 2 would not sync to my mobile phone. Tried everything suggested, but no joy. Then it suddenly worked again. Now it is having the same problem again, when trying to sync by refreshing, it says it cannot find a device. Veeeery annoying. Any ideas?

Best AnswerMine worked for a few days, then quit again, too. I went to the troubleshooting page, forced the app to stop (I think), turned Bluetooth off, then back on, then restarted my phone, and it's been working ever since. Fingers crossed! 🙂

Best AnswerWhen you put in add new device although it's not new it sends a code to the tracker that you enter on your phone in the fitbit program. Didn't do💩
