I get a msg saying I can't use this ver. of the software. I get an upgrade button but but nada happens when I press it. Haven't recorded activities for the last 7 or so hrs. Ran two miles in the a.m. and climbed 100+ flights of stairs. Nothing!
Recently updated my phone and iPad operating systems and can’t get my charge 2 to sync. Followed site directions to no success. Can you help?

Best AnswerI'm using the PC app. I cannot even get the app to start. It says it cannot connect to the internet. Yet, here I am posting a message using the same computer that the app will not even come up on because it can't connect to the internet!

Best Answeri have a Samsung phone, every time there's an update the fitbit doesn't sync. I tried everything that was suggested. What finally worked was installing the charge 2 as if it was a new device. I didn't lose previous data and it did sync. However the next day it didn't sync until around 1:30. It did sync again about 5:30, but not again. I suppose we will have to live with it.

Best Answersame problem with my charge 2 after iphone upgrade, have deleted and re installed fit bit app 3 times and my phone STILL cannot connect to my fitbit charge 2 !
