I get a msg saying I can't use this ver. of the software. I get an upgrade button but but nada happens when I press it. Haven't recorded activities for the last 7 or so hrs. Ran two miles in the a.m. and climbed 100+ flights of stairs. Nothing!
Good morning. I have tried all the steps, including deleting and re-installing the app. Yet, Bluetooth can't find device or reconnect. Is everyone's fitbit not showing even the time? All mine says is www.fitbit.com/setup!!!
Really unsure what to do now. Frustrated.
Best AnswerStill trying and getting nowhere I suggest this is a Fitbit problem but they are taking their time to resolve it ! Reinstalling the app does NOT help!

Records everything on the fitbit but now time is off by 3 hours.
Best AnswerMaybe apps will stop working if we refuse to download the contact tracing software? Beware if you do not want to be tracked.....do not download IOS 13.5. I have set my phone to not do automatic updates.
So my ipad fitbit app is working but still problems with my iphone fitbit app working.
