When I move my wrist to view time or stats, my Charge 3 does not wake as it used to. It wakes when I tap it. I have to slide through screens for each option, exercise, timers, alarms, etc. The screen awake is not there scrolling sideways or up and down from the main screen. How do I fix this?  I use an IOS 13.3

MAYBE I fixed my own problem. I started all the steps to restart my device. When I plugged it in and held the button the screen awake and notifications showed up. As I guessed, screen awake was off. Once I turned it on again, my screen wakes up when I turn my wrist. ——Maybe this helps someone else.

I don't see any "steps".

I am having same problem.  I plugged it in but where do I see the "screen awake" function?
