My text notifications stopped working all of a sudden on my Charge 2.  Call notifications still work.  I restarted my Charge 2 that didn’t help.  I also deleted it from my iPhone and then re-paired it, that didn’t help.  My notification settings are on for both iPhone and watch.  What should I try next?

Let me help you with your notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets try to refresh the link between your Charge 2 and your phone by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I have tried this several times. Still not receiving text message
notification. What is the next thing to try.
