Text Notifications

I have just purchased a Charge 2 and finally got setup but cannot get my text notifications to come up. I am getting call notifications but not text notifications. Have tried troubleshooting a few processes but still no luck.

Thanks got it working again with the hold down bit (while wearing it, not on charger) Wouldn't have worked that out without reading this forum. May want to make it more obvious

thank you - you helped me figure mine out.  When I went to charge it the charger hit the side button and turned off notifications.  I just held the button down and it turned back on.  That was difficult for me to figure out.....thanks again.

Notification is turned on and I'm getting nothing!  Not even notification to move.

Additionally, the steps are not accurate. 

Very disappointed.

@Dj4720 have you checked on both tye phone and Charge 2? Then try a restart of the phone.

Hi DerrickS,

I am having the same issues as Alex. I do manage multiple Bluetooth Devices on my phone. 

I can’t receive any text messages. 

Im using IOS
can you help?

@Kalena74 ,I would check the iOS board.

I only know a few things

• The phones DND has to be disabled
• Preview has to be enabled
• Fitbit needs permission in the notification center
• Messages need to show up on the phone, while the phone is locked.
