I stop receiving text messages when I upgraded my phone to Android 10 beginning of September. I've called Fitbit 3 times about this and they said they were working on it. I wonder how long it is going to take to fix this? I also have a problem with phone calls. If someone calls me, I get a random name from my contact list. When I answer it, thinking it's the person that shows up on my Fitbit, it is always someone else. I usually pick up my phone to see who's calling because my Fitbit is always wrong. This is so aggravating.

Same here. I contacted them Aug 4th. I am experiencing the same issues and it stopped tracking my sleep. I have 14 emails with them. They keep giving me the same trouble shooting steps for tracking sleep. It doesn't work! I'm so fed up with it.

They have me do the same things over and over for the last month. Nothing is working. I, too, am getting fed up. Considering moving to another tracker brand.
