I used to receive texts on my charge 2 from my iphone x, and now I don't. I have tried to reset and follow all the synching instructions and nothing works. I always keep my operating system up to date with the latest release. Does anyone have a solution or answer?

Hi @Razldazlrr welcome aboard. I'm happy to help you with the difficulties experienced with your Charge 2.
I'd like to begin appreciating your time and effort resetting your device prior posting. If you haven't already done so, can you please check our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and take in consideration the steps that are specified there? Also, can you please let me know if you're not receiving text notifications only or if you're experiencing the same situation with phone call notifications too?
I'll be looking to your reply if further assistance is necessary. Please keep me posted, I'll be around.

I've followed all the directions as well. When I tap on notifications within the FitBit app, it says I need to set up my bluetooth connection with the FitBit, but when I proceed with that, it says pairing failed, even though it's right next to the phone. I've tried numerous times and have re-set the FitBit several times as well with no luck.

Welcome aboard @TMiller2341 thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm happy to assist you too. Pardon me for the delay in responding.
Thanks for taking in consideration the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post, your patience and effort are appreciated. Since your iPhone X is having difficulties pairing the Bluetooth with your Charge 2, I recommend you to unpair any Bluetooth connection you have on your iOS mobile device, including your Fitbit. Then, please uninstall the Fitbit app, reboot your mobile device, reinstall the app again and try to pair your Charge 2 again.
Keep me posted, I'll be here if you need further assistance.
