I updated my iPhone and have not been able to get text notifications on my Charge 2 since. I was able to get them before. I’ve read the forum and tried turning Bluetooth on and off, deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app, restarting my Fitbit and turning my phone off and on. It is still not working. Please help

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you receiving phone call notifications? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi RicardoFitbit.
I am using an iPhone XR. This started after I did the iOS update to 13.3. I have gone through all of the requirements and troubleshooting tips and it is now working!!

Go through the setup steps. Check that your preview message is enabled.
If you don't see messages on the phones screen while the phone is locked you won't have them sent to the tracker.
