It will when you sync it with the Fitbit app after the time change is in effect.

@Alison68 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! To further explain @SunsetRunner post, your tracker will use the time set on your phone or computer if you have the Automatic Timezone options enabled on the app and phone/computer settings so once the time changes and your phone/computer changes your tracker will sync and get the time corrected.
Let me know how it goes!

I should have actually gained an hour of sleep when DST ended this eeekegd but my Fitbit hasn’t calculated that correctly. Any hope for a fix for this? Thanks, Lorrie

While the clock adjusts for DST, the 15-minute increments in the various categorical details do not seem to be changing.

Fitbit Charge 2 does not necessarily update upon syncing with Fitbit app. I've synced several times since the change to std time and my Charge 2 still hasn't updated.

I live in Arizona where we do not fall back...but my Fitbit did. I checked to make sure I had my Fitbit with the right city and state but it still will not make the change.

I am having the same issue, have you been able to update them to match?

In the app, tap the picture in the upper left corner.
Scroll all the way down to "Advanced Settings," which is near the bottom, and tap on that.
Turn off "Automatic time zone."
Tap select time zone and choose the right time zone. "(GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)" if you are in New York City's time zone.
Return to app home page.
Sync the app with your Fitbit. The time should be correct.
Once the time is correct, you can try going back to "Automatic time zone," and see if it corrects itself.

Hi- I also struggled with mine all day and what ended up working was changing the time zone in the app and then changing it back to the right one again. Shouldn't have had to fight it to update it but at least it's the correct time now!

It didn't work!I tried four times!

Ok, so the whole sync set up failed me four times. This morning (11/02/2020), determined as all heck to solve this issue, I decided to check my cellphone's Fitbit app and found, after some a few screen swipes, an up-date for my Fitbit charger 2. I clicked on it.
The phone synchronized with the Fitbit and the up-date downloaded slowly into my Fitbit.
Once the up-date was fully downloaded, my Fitbit Charger 2 was, now, at last, on time!
Why does it have to be so complicated, I don't know.
Try this option, it might work for you too... I hope!
Take care and be safe!
Good luck!
